The Parent-Child Center operates in cooperation with the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia. Its mission is to provide parents with information regarding growth promoting parenting practices and help in raising children in our increasingly complex world. Play and Learn groups are run throughout the year by specialists in child development. They provide a safe, nurturing place where parents can meet with other parents, observe and play with their own children and those of others and learn more about effective parenting and the inner life of children.
